Letters from Bubbles

Bubbles didn't actually write this letter, it is actually from Andy, but Bubbles drew the picture. I guess Andy used to sing these weird "Doodle-doodle-doo" square dance songs at The-Short-one, or some such strange thing. I was supposed to get a letter from Bubbles with this, but it got lost in the mail, so he is re-mailing it.
