Halloween greetings and autumnal salutations! Yes, fall is finally here - well, almost here anyway. The leaves are beginning to change color, pumpkins are appearing on doorsteps and wal-mart is setting up their Christmas display - this means it must be October!

As you may or may not notice I have added a new navbar at the top of all the pages - pretty spiffy, huh? I think it looks a lot better than the old one. It's tidier and more concise. Also, I would like ot mention that Booy, for reasons i do not understand, has completely redone his Captain teddy Fan site. He spent hours searching for images and such and it is finally done. I have to admit he did a nice job and it is worth a visit whether you like Captain Teddy or not - and I ma not just saying that because the fan pictures features my art work either >ahem<. I have also added a new section called Articles that houses all the extra little tid bits I have written over the years, like special pages on trips or activities. They are all a lot of fun to read.

Booy's website ambitions have helped in one area though. He needed some help with his HTML and who is the resident expert Oh right - ME! But, as I explained ot him, I was far to busy trying to find a new General to help him out, so what do you think k he did? He went and asked Andrew! Hrmph! Andrew may think he is an expert all things computer but I know I am better than he is. Anyway, finally Booy needed help with some jpegs and whoops! That's not Andrews forte, neither is it Miss Maria the artist of annoyance, and so he was forced to once again ask me. Again I explained I was soooo busy finding a new general since he had backed out on me... well, in the end Booy agreed to come back and help me with all future whisker trimmings and such, so I helped him with his jpegs. And that, as they say, is that.

Speaking of aliens there is a new one outdoors. It is spotted like Shelob but very small and skinny like Nermal. The Short-One went and put a bowl of food out for it - can you believe that? With all the aliens around here just looking for an excuse to hang around here and get a chance at assassinating me she goes and outs a bowl of food out?! i was appalled! When the mangy thing was sitting outside eating I know it was really trying to see through the windows and locate me and my generals so we can be eliminated. I guess this shows that my anti-alien work is.. well, working, otherwise we would not pose such a huge threat that trained assassins needed to be sent!

Halloween is almost here and plans for the party are well underway. They finally asked me to help with decorating, as they should, so I have been working on making little jack-o-lantern lamps for the last couple of days. They are very handy and made out of small milk cartons. Just another example of my creative genius. Anyway, Bubbles and i have been hard at work on our costumes - we are going as mummies this year. It's a relatively simple costume, really, but unfortunately we couldn’t get strips of material long enough so we are having to sew them together - i say it's girl's work, but after I said that Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom both refused to help us and said something to the effect of us doing it ourselves and living in the dark ages. I cant imagine why they got so riled up!

We have finished doctor who season three and are now waiting for the Christmas special "voyage of the damned" to air. I have decided I like this David Tennent as the doctor after all. It took me awhile but I've come to terms with t and even decided I like him better than the last guy.. Eccleson or whatever. In fact, I think Tennent is only second to Tom Baker in my opinion, and that is saying something! Of course, Tom Baker will always be the best...

Oi! Speaking of movies I have added several new reviews, so be sure and check them out! Not just movie reviews but book reviews as well, might I add. I know, I have been very lazy about updating that part of the site lately, but The-Short-One’s such a computer hog I very rarely get any time any more!

An example of how little time I have is that I have not even had a chance to draw a picture of Gregory, the newest bear. Thankfully he does not live here, but rather next door, The-Sort-One's mommy got him for her birthday from her.. um.. well I dunno who he is, but some guy in England who sends us stuff. Anyway, he sent her Gregory and he is fitting in quite nicely. He was a bit nervous at first and he still doesn’t know how to take the Harrys, which is not surprising, but he is doing pretty good, all nerves aside. He is in Bubbles' class at school though. I still wish Bubbles had been put in my class this year, I fail to understand why it is I am stuck with Booy and Ms. Friendly again!

This is short, but there are brownies calling my name and so short it shall stay!
