This letter is not really from Bubbles, it is from frosty (he is the snowman that was living in Buffalo - the one who went on the trip without us). He wrote this to Bubbles and gave it to him in person as The-Slobby-Brother-Like-Person and Bubbles's Mommy are now living next door! Of course, Bubbles and co have all gone to live next door now...
