My name is Edgar T. Penguin...
and I am the editor of The Penguin Post, a monthly publication. As my name implies, I am a penguin. I live with Joey and her husband in Missouri. We live in an apartment building outside of town, across from which is a cow field - complete with a cow pond! I like it here, though I don't like the scary highway that goes right in front of our building.
I have a twin brother named Edgar II, he used to live in Iowa with Joey's brother and mother, but they have all moved here to Missouri, so we see more of each other now. I'm glad because I missed him, though I did not miss Joey's brother kidnapping me and charging ransom - his pockets are exceedingly scary!

My best friend is Moos, a cow the same size as I am (about the size of a tennis ball) who is a spy! He helps me a lot with the paper, finding things out for

Bits of Advice:
I have been given a lot of good advice over the years and here is some of it:
"Always spell check" - Joey's husband
"If you're going to drink out of a glass the size of a swimming pool at least wear a life jacket!" - Oinkers the night I almost drown in my milk.
"Stay out of my brother's pockets, I can't afford the ransom!" - Joey after her brother had kidnapped me for the third time.
"You better get a yellow coat." - Annie after I had gotten lost in the snow.
"Stop rolling off the dashboard, you're getting all dirty." - Joey's mommy when I was riding with my brother in her car.
me. I have many other friends including Oinkers who draws the pictures for the paper and Booy who is often a subject of editorials which are usually written by Annie. There is also Clownie, a very sweet clown who believes that everyone should be nice to everyone, and of course Spotty and Batty the detectives, and Doggie the chef... There are too many for me to mention them all! Oinkers has set up a page on his site where you can read a little bit about all of our friends and see pictures of them - including me, so I will leave it to him.
