Warm Weather Encourages Exploration
The recent warm weather encouraged a group of us to begin exploring our surroundings.
We have met several goats who used to know Fritz, though these goats are in the country so they haven't seen him for a long time and they have no gossip to share.
There are no gas stations, stores, or any sort of center of society around here. It is really a very lonely little area.
Hopefully we will son be able to explore in the other direction and perhaps discover something note worthy there.

Baseball Season on it's way
It is the time of year for baseball practice to begin.
Oinkers team, "The Pigs", are to meet every Saturday and Sunday afternoon to practice. Oinkers has taken on an "Assistant coach", Spotty, to be in charge while he is gone.
Booy's team, "The Bears", have not set a practice schedule, though Booy's assistant coach is Doggie.
Clownie's team, "The Stars", also has no practice schedule as Clownie says "The important thing is for everyone to have fun!" I think that sums it up.

Circus to be Held
Several members of our household are working to put on a circus.
Clownie, Ellie, Panda and Roary among others are practicing day and night to get their acts perfected.
A date has not yet been set, but as always admission is free. Doggie is also working on a Cotton Candy recipe so that it can be as near to a real circus as possible.
If you would like to help put on this circus please contact Clownie or Ellie and they will get you all signed up.

First Time Designer Makes Circus Costumes
Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom white have designed their first costumes for the upcomming circus.
Cherry Pink is especially proud of Ellie's costume, "I really like the feathers on the head. I'm so glad Clownie asked us to help."
There is no date set for the circus yet, and volunteers are still needed!

Editiorial:
Secretary Not Doing Job
By Oinkers
I would like to lodge a formal complaint about a certain secretary.
The local detective agency hired a secretary to improve productivity, but since taking his post, the productivity as dropped.
This secretary is not only unfriendly, but often rude. he will not schedule appointments, will not answer phone calls and will not let anyone in to even see the detectives.
Because of this, mysteries are going unsolved and potential clients are being turned away.
I think something should be done about this bad secretary before the detectives are out of business all together!

Story Contest
The Penguin Post is holding a story contest. The winner will be printed in next months paper.
Due to space constraints, please do not make it a very long story. Entries need to be in by the 27th of this month.
I hope everyone enters this new contest!
