Hello everyone! Ah, it is once again that time of year! Artificial pine, fake snow, store bought goodies and cookie scented candles to make your home smell like someone actually bakes... yes, it's Christmas at last! So a hearty merry Christmas to you all!

Now that I've said that I'll tell you what's new on the site! First off, I have added an entirely new section to my website called "Videos". You may notice it in the navigation links at the top of the pages with the shiny, animated NEW next to it.? Well, these are the videos I spoke of last time. Check them out! They are very entertaining, I think! And then, in the spirit of the holidays I have added a new Christmas Wallpaper for your desktop featuring me and Bubbles! I;ve also made some newGlitter images that are handy for MySpace - or anywhere for that matter! As always these are free to all, so check 'em out!

Other than that things have been busy, busy, busy here. We decorated for Christmas, and the house turned out lovely as always. We had quite a time with the Christmas ornament hanging though, as Moos fell into the red plastic container the hooks are kept in and started thrashing about, which only encouraged the hooks to stick in the peach fur he likes to call fur. it took us half an hour to get him detangled. Booy suggested we just hang him on the tree and forget it, and he got very irate about that suggestion, especially when Pigelty-Wigelty seconded it! I wanted to use some lovely fake snow on the tree this year - the kind that comes in a spray can - only I was informed I couldn’t because, and I quote, "The cats might eat it and it will make them sick." bah! They are aliens anyway, and I am sure the stuff would not harm them! But instead I have been spraying it outside in small patches and staring at my fake snow sadly, since all of the real snow is long, long gone.

We've had Christmas workshops out the wazoo as well, in fact we had four just last weekend and three more scheduled for this one. I am doing one on decorative gift wrapping tomorrow. i wanted to do one on ornament making, but somehow Maria the all mighty beat me to it. Grrr... I know my competitiveness with her is supposed to be over with, and as a mature piggy I have let go the fact that everyone thinks she is sooooo wonderful and can do no wrong and everything she makes is a masterpiece, but STILL! When she continually steals my workshop idea it gets very hard NOT to sound petty! Hrmph! I am going to book next years Christmas workshops on January First! See her beat me then! ha ha!

Sonnet is trying to organize a Christmas concert, but it is all very last minuet as she thought Easter was doing it and Easter thought... well, you get the picture. Anyway, they are begging people to be in it, and I have half a notion to say no - when they ask me that is. After all, they wouldn’t listen to me when I told them the Harry's last act would be a nightmare, would they? Oh, I suppose if they ask me I will grace the stage with my presence. I'd hate to deprive my fans, after all!

I have almost ALL my Christmas shopping done AND I am working on my Christmas cards right now. I was surprised how many bears have there's done already. Of course, as usual, I had to custom make several cards for others, which is why I am behind on my own. But that's okay, I enjoy seeing the happy smiles on fuzzy faces when I hand them their stack of neatly printed cards ready for them to sign! not to mention i enjoy the sound of the crinkling money they give me.. Oh wait. they don’t give me any crinkling money. In fact I am lucky to get a thank you. Bears are an ungrateful lot, let me tell you! But every once in awhile they tell me thank you, so I guess it’s all right, Christmas spirit and all that...

The-Short-One has gone quite crazy lately with her animated gif's. She has figured out how to make them from movies now and has made far too many of a certain band - that one band she’s obsessed with. She suggested I should put her collection on my website somewhere and I politely declined. I did, however, make one of myself - hee-hee. I will put it at the bottom of this, but I am also going to have to put it on the homepage I think! They aren’t hard to make, but it is a bit of a process for me, anyway. I have to open them in one program, chop them up into small clips and then save them as avi's. THEN I have to open them in animation shop to make them gif's. I realize I could work with them directly in animation shop since it opens avi's, but I am too lazy to go through the whole fifty million frames that would create!

I thought about doing a Christmas play this year, but changed my mind. I don’t know, I may yet whip one out, we shall see... There are just so many other things to do! I never have enough time, and then The-Short-One hogs the computer so much so things like updating my website must wait all the time. I was going to make a webset with a Christmas theme, but my time has been limited. Maybe I'll make it in the next couple of weeks, thought.

Well, I think that is about it. I had best upload this while The-Short-one is not on the computer!

Ta! and Merry Christmas!
O
