June 30 - July 11 2003

Hello, Hello! Well, happy late Independence Day! I, your friendly little piggy, am back. I had a rather nice Fourth of July, all things considered. Charlie and The-Short-One went to town to see the fireworks show, so we had a pretty good party. Of course I feel kind of bad not inviting Charlie, but it makes us even for Firefall, doesn't it?

Anyway, we had a bar-b-que with hot dogs and hamburgers. We also had potato chips, baked beans and a big watermelon for desert. Yum, yum! Then I orchestrated the fireworks show afterwards. Booy did a very good job of shooting them off - he only scorched himself a little. We stayed up late and then guess who came back? Charlie and The-Short-One and they brought their friends that little kid back here! They gave her watermelon and then guess what she did? She put her sticky hands on me! Oh the horror! I had to take a long bath and scrub myself thoroughly.

There is also a new annoyance; the asphalting people have finally started to asphalt our parking lot. They spent two day tearing everything up and making a lot of noise! It was so loud that I finally had to resort to wearing ear muffs in an effort to block out the racket - which didn't work too well.

Well, Booy's team played Clownie's and of course Clownie won. We will be playing Clownie's team next weekend. Hopefully we will win again, we beat them last time, after all. I can't believe that Booy's team beat us last time, it must have been a fluke.

After the baseball game we had a Jammie party and stayed up really late. We had cookies and popcorn and watched Lord of the Rings. The new Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers will be out in August, I can't wait! Also Piglet's Big Movie comes out the end of this month. I am want to see both of them very much! Charlie and The-Short-One went and saw Lord of the Rings in the theater back in December - but of course we didn't go.

Speaking of Charlie, he has been hugging me a lot lately. Maybe he feels bad about not taking me to Firefall. Which, of course, he should.

Well, that is all I have to write about

Till next time
