this honey glazed chicken is a wonderful main dish that is easy to make and tastes great. Try serving potatoes as a side dish!

Ingredients:

3 tbls honey
1 tsp mustard
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp browning sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Chicken peices (breasts work nicely)

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients except for the chicken. In a 12" x 8" baking dish arrange chicken peices skin side up. Pour half of the honey mixture over them. Bake at 350 till browned. Durring baking rearrange peices and brush with remaining honey mixture twice.

this chicken parmesan is so easy and tastes like you worked for hours! Try serving it with a green salad and some crispy garlic bread.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 jar any flavor spaghettie sauce (i recomend Rague Traditional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooked pasta (linguini works best)

procedure:

preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well. Arrange chicken in 13" x 9" baking pan, bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese. Bake ten minutes. Serve over the hot, cooked pasta

this Kilbasa Apple Skillet is delicious, and so easy! Try serving with crispy hashbrowns and a green salad.

Ingredients:

Kilbasa Sausage (I recomend Hilshire farm)
4 Golden Delicious Apples
1 small onion

procedure:

Slice Kilbasa, apples and onions, set aside. Brown Kilbasa and onions in skillet over Medium heat. Add apples and cook till tender. Serve.

this Crock Pot Vegetable Stew really hits the spot on a cold night, best if served with warm corn bread.

Ingredients:

2 cans condensed tomatoe soup
three stalks of celery
1 small onion
4 potatoes
4 carrots
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

procedure:

slice vegetables, place in crock pot. Add soup and seasonings. Add water to just cover vegetables. Cook on high for three hours.

serves 4 (to serve more add more vegetables. For every four people add another can of soup.)
