these savory roast potatoes are one of my favorites and go well with anything!

Ingredients:

3 1/2 pounds of red potatoes
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried rosemarry
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Procedure

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. in baking pan toss sliced potatoes and onion with olive oil, salt, rosemarry and pepper. Roast 40 to 45 minutes turning occasionally

these glazed carrots go especially well with pork products or roast beef.

Ingredients

carrots sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Procedure

boil 1 1/2 cups of water. add carrots and cook until tender, drain. Add butter and brown sugar, cook until glazed




these Parmesan Baked Potatoes are a simple and delicious addition to any meal.

Ingredients

large potatoes - baked
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbs of milk per potatoe
1 Tbs margarine

Procedure

Cut a slit lengthways in the top of each potatoe. Scoop out the inside and put in a bowl. Mash with cheese and milk, then beat until fluffy. Spoon back into potatoe shells, wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes




Tasty Herb Loaf is a delicius alternative to garlic bread, serve with piping hot pasta bakes!

Ingredients

1 loaf of French-style bread
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp oregano

Procedure

Slice loaf into pieces. Cream butter with lemon juice until of a spreading consistensy. Add herbs, mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Spread between bread slices with butter-herb mixture. Return loaf to foil bag, close end of bag and heat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
