Volume XXVIII By Edgar T. Penguin November 2002
Halloween Party Held
Halloween has come and gone, but the party was great.
The party was held in the big bedroom, and attendance was high. Doggie made treats and games were played.
This year's costumes were better than ever! We had a cowboy, an astronaut, a queen, a goblin and of course Captain Teddy, as usual.
Hopefully next year's Halloween party can be held in the Living room!

The Penguin Post is holding it's annual Christmas picture contest.

Myrtle the Turtle

New Member of Household Not Alien
Last month Charlie brought home a new member for our household; a turtle named Myrtle, who is living in a large container in the dinning area.
After extensive investigating it was discovered that this turtle is not in league with the alien cats who live here.
My source, Oinkers, had this comment, "The turtle isn't on their side, but I don't think he is against them either."
As such, there is nothing to fear from the new intruder except the fear of being bit, and the fact that box turtles can live to be 100 years old!.

Happy Holidays!
Guests Still Here - For Now
As I am sure everyone has noticed our house guests are still here for now.
My sources tell me that they may be leaving next month if they don't get jobs soon.
The question is whether Joey will actually make them leave or not, as she enjoys having company. We shall have to wait and see.

Thanksgiving on it's Way
Thanksgiving is on it's way once again.
A dinner is planned for Thanksgiving day. Once again Henry asks that everyone make a list of things they are thankful for so they can be read off after dinner.
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Volunteers Needed
Doggie is looking for volunteers to assist in making Thanksgiving dinner.
If you would like to help then let him know!
