Hello all! You may have noticed that this is late - a WEEK late in fact. there is a very interesting story about that... But first i want to tell you about the new section I have added My Reviews. It is a section that i have been musing about doing for some time where in I give my personal opinion about books and movies. I may add other categories later, but in the meantime you should go take a look at it! I have also added a couple of New garlands for March.

Now, for why this is so late! the-Short-One took a trip to Iowa to see her father for a week and no, I did not go. So why did I not get this done on time? Because the entire time she was gone her mother and The-Slobby-like-Brother person have been plugging up the computer at all hours! That's right, they have descended on this house like vultures and have grown attached to MY computer! I have barely managed to get on it at all, but Charlie is home today so I have managed to get a little bit of time on here. I don't know if I will be able to upload it today or not, but hopefully soon!

Another question which springs instantly to mind is why did i not go along to Iowa? Well I was not invited! not that I WANTED to go freeze to death in a house full of alien cats - though I hear there are only six cats left now out of the nine there used to be - I assume they have gone back to the mother ship. Booy, of course, has gone, and when I spoke with him on the phone last night he said that he was freezing to death as it has been -21 degrees there lately and that the house is poorly heated. he also warned me that The-Short-One is considering bringing back some new bears which had been staying there in Iowa when she comes home. That is the last thing we need around here - more bears! I told him to try to distract her, but I doubt he will do it. he is very unreliable as he says he has been spending time playing games with the said bears and reading Peanuts books.

We had to take drastic measures with Bitey Harry the other day. He absolutely refuses to quit biting bubbles, so finally we were forced to hold him down and duct tape his mouth closed. We also duct taped his hands and feet together to keep him from being able to remove the tape over his mouth. Of course the problem that arises with this is that he can not go to school this way, so I am afraid that we may have to remove it, which will then enable him to go right back to biting again! It is a horrible dilemma indeed! I don't understand why the horrible creature was ever created! There was no need to make any more Harrys, especially not ones of this caliber of evilness!

Well, valentine's day has come and gone and it was the usual fluffy fru-fru girly holiday it always is. The school made us not only have a school wide party again but made us dance - again. I don't see the point in forcing us to dance with one another! I think it is a torturous idea devised by evil teachers so that they can sit back and laugh at us! Then we got home and were forced to have another party here, which was organized chiefly by all of the girls. if The-Short-One brings any more girls home I think I shall scream! Next year I am having an anti-valentines party and if Annie tries to threaten me the way she did Booy I will just sit on her!!

It has been very cold here all week, and we got a tiny bit of snow, which of course melted nearly instantly - as usual. bubbles and I have given up the idea of ever being able to take up ice skating and instead are drawing up plans to make sleds with wheels on them instead of runners. Bubbles wants to make detachable runners and detachable wheels just in case it ever DOES snow, but I hardly see the point. We will never get enough snow here to sneeze at, let alone go sledding in!

Well, I am going to have to go now - there is another scrungy person here headed for the computer. ye gad! Will they never leave me in peace?!?!
