Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! It has been quite a good year, if I do say so myself, though it is sad to think it is over. But, I am sure this new year will be as good as the last!

To begin with our snow is long, long gone and there was no more, so we did not have a white Christmas. I was hoping we would so that when Bubbles came we could go sledding, but it was not to be. In fact the weather has been unseasonably warm here!

Well, Christmas has come and gone, and I must say it was a very good Christmas! we had a Christmas Eve party while Charlie and The-Short-One were gone. I feel kind of bad not inviting Charlie to or parties, so we have to clean the mess up before he gets home - though he went to a party and didn't take me. I didn't mind, though because it was at their friend's house - the ones with the little sticky girl! Anyway, Doggie made us a lot of delicious treat sand we watched Christmas movies and played some games. It was a lot of fun.

On Christmas morning we all got up and opened our presents, and boy did I get a lot of good ones! i won't list them al out and make you jealous, but rest assured they were all fantastic! After we opened our presents Doggie served us all a delicious Christmas breakfast of donuts and rolls. Then we watched Piglets Big movie - which I got. Booy made us sit through "Captain teddy saves Christmas", which was one of his presents. It's okay, a standard Captain teddy movie. Then we had a tasty Christmas dinner that Doggie and his assistants cooked. The turkey was quite tasty, as were the sweet potatoes. Did you know that some people don't like sweet potatoes? Isn't that weird? After dinner we played with our presents and had quite a time.

On the 29th Bubbles came down for a late Christmas and guess what? he had a stowaway too! Edgar II sneaked down in a box! He said he wanted to check up on his clone (he thinks that his twin brother Edgar is really a clone, isn't he silly?). I gave Bubbles a really great present this year - it was a piggy snowman ornament for his Christmas tree so that he can think of me when he decorates! Bubbles gave me a fuzzy red sweater that says "My best friend" on it. I like it very much and have already worn it! I showed Bubbles all my presents, and he was very happy to be re-united with Cuddles once again! He says that it has been a long, long time since he has seen her. Also Slimy and Slimella finally came home. Slimy went to Iowa to have surgery and has been gone a very long time. We were starting to get very worried but he is finally home and as good as new. Then came the real kicker - Booy got a new pair of overalls! They are still pink, but they have big gold buttons on them. Baby Bear (who lives with Bubbles and looks exactly like Booy) volunteered to be the model for them. Booy is going to write him a thank you note - I hope! Also The-Short-One got a surprise for her mommy - it is a pink bear named Barbie who looks just like Bubbles! She is not related (I asked), but she seems a decent sort and has gone to live with Bubbles. Anyway, so as you can see it was very eventful!

On the 30th the people all had a late Christmas dinner so we tried to sneak off and play and guess who came? The little girl! Oh, it was horrific! She stuck her sticky hands all over me and hauled me around for a while. I played dead in self-defense! Luckily for Bubbles, I saved him - though I couldn't save the Edgars who ended up hiding under a chair. Pigelty-Wigelty and Moos got the worst of it as she kept putting them in the basket with the cat and calling them all babies. I'm glad I escaped that! After she finally left it took a long time to clean up the mess she left behind. I think it wouldn't have taken as long as it did if Charlie and The-Short-One had actually got to work instead of sitting there talking to The-Short-One's Mom, but that's just my opinion. We didn't get to bed until very late and then the landlord and the bug guy showed up very early in the morning. Luckily I didn't have to get up or I might have gotten very cranky!

Well, Bubbles has gone back home now, I am going to miss him. He says that they will be moving down here in June or July - I can't wait! Imagine how wonderful it will be for my bestest friend to live near me again! We can even go to the same school! I am so excited at the whole prospect! Just think, he'll live here next Christmas!

I suppose it is getting late and our New Year's Eve party is about to start, so I had best go so I don't miss it. Happy New Year,
