Captain teddy has been around for years, and because of this things have changed or fluctuated over the years as different writers, producers, and illustrators have come and gone. One of the most obvious changes has been Captain Teddy's uniform, which have changed colors, though the overall form has remained the same over the years with the CT logo in the middle of his chest. Except four a four year period Captain's Teddy's uniform is always blue. The red uniform debuted when he joined the American Super League and disappeared at the beginning of the Time Traveler series when it becomes a dark blue. It stayed dark blue until the Hawaiian Horror when it switches back to the original colors and it stayed that way until 2004 when the only change was his coat, boots and gloves changing to silver. Captain teddy's uniform isn’t the only change. Over the years Prunehilda has undergone a few personality changes, going from a feisty teddy lady to an innocent foreigner and back again. Frankly I'm all for getting rid of her, but I know they won’t. Besides her, Mr.Splokker's deli is another example of changes wrought by different writers. The deli has gone form being a very small business to a huge chain and it has only recently morphed back into a small business once again all with no explanation as to why, but that is to be expected over this many years, I suppose. Other changes include the location of Dr. Freeze's secret base, the story if how the Piryl was discovered and the presence of Billy Bear, Benjamin Bear's nephew. Also, at one point Captain teddy is working with the mayor of Teddytropolis, yet in a later story he has never met the mayor.
